Lands of America recently had about $5 billion in land and ranches for sale in the Beaver State. This represents nearly 676,000 acres of land for sale in Oregon. Of the 36 counties in the state, Klamath County had the most rural property and land for sale. There were 2,202 acres of sold land in Oregon recorded in December 2018 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a reduction in sales activity over data from the previous month. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $10 million. The most land sales in the state last month were recorded in Lake, Multnomah County. Of its total landmass, 95,988 square miles is land, while the remaining 2,391 square miles comprises water.
